Queen Love is a producer, director and writer known for her transformative storytelling across various genres. As the founder of Goddess Frequency Films, she explores identity, personal growth, and human connection to heal and inspire audiences.

 

Queen has a Masters of Fine Arts in Film and Electronic from American University, The creatress employs an identity-driven approach to filmmaking. Her stories emphasize self-discovery and empowerment while merging adventure and fish out of water narratives.

 

Her debut short film, Stir Crazy, a fun romantic comedy with a highlight on over coming anxiety, won a Merit Award at the LGBTQ+ Unbordered International Film Festival. Her thesis film, Oshun, explores African American and Afro-Brazilian cultural connections. The story centers around healing intergenerational trauma through Afro Indigenous practices and spirituality.

 

Queen integrates her love of travel and cultural immersion into her films for authentic story telling while amplifying LGBTQ+ and BIPOC voices. As a director, she prioritizes emotional well-being on set by fostering mindfulness and setting healthy boundaries between ongoing production and the cast. Looking ahead, she welcomes development deals, investment and funding to further fresh narratives, creative expression and awe inspiring vision.
